Ordering & Payment
How can I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during the checkout process before completing payment.
To apply your code:
Add your selected toy or product to the cart.
Proceed to checkout by selecting the available payment option.
If you are shopping on a mobile device, tap “Show order summary” to open the discount code field.
If you are using a desktop device, enter your discount code in the discount box shown on the checkout page.
Click apply, then continue with your payment.
Please make sure the discount is successfully applied before placing your order.

Qudcbecg accepts a variety of secure payment options, including:

All available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping fee is usually USD $5.99. Shipping costs may vary depending on your delivery location, order value, and any active promotions.
The final shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Qudcbecg provides worldwide shipping to many countries and regions.
Whenever possible, we work with available fulfillment partners and warehouses to process and ship orders efficiently.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 10–20 business days after order processing and shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to follow your package through the carrier’s tracking page or third-party tracking websites.
Why is my tracking information not updating?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.
In some cases, tracking may also pause temporarily while the package is moving between facilities, countries, or local delivery carriers. This is normal and does not always mean the package is delayed.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment locations.
This helps us process and deliver items more efficiently. If your order is split into multiple shipments, each package may have its own tracking number.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my shipping address, name, or phone number?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@qudcbecg.com with the subject line:
Urgent: Address Change
Please include:
Your order number
The email address used for the order
The complete corrected shipping address
Updated name or phone number, if applicable
We will do our best to update your order before it is processed for shipment. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Can I change the item, style, color, or quantity in my order?
Order changes may be possible only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

The exact change you would like to make
Once the order has been processed or shipped, product changes may no longer be available.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request cancellation.
Please note that a small processing fee may apply in some cases. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Product & Delivery Issues
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please contact us at support@qudcbecg.com and provide the following information:
Your order number
The email address used for the order
Clear photos or a video showing the damaged item
A photo of the shipping label and package
Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you as soon as possible.
What if my product has a defect or quality problem?
