Each order is prepared with care. To help us offer playful, creative, and affordable toys at fair prices, some Qudcbecg products may ship directly from our trusted partner facilities. This allows us to provide a wider selection of toys while keeping costs reasonable for our customers.

Before shipment, every order is reviewed and prepared to make sure the correct items are packed for delivery.

Because some items may be shipped from partner facilities, delivery times can vary depending on the destination country or region.

We appreciate your patience while your toys are carefully packed and delivered. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives in good condition and ready for play.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Updates

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking details to update after the shipping label has been created.

If tracking does not show movement right away, this usually means the package is still being processed by the carrier or is already moving through the shipping network.

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, orders are shipped under DDU terms, which means Delivered Duty Unpaid.

This means:

Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges required by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Qudcbecg is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Customs fees are not common for many small toy orders, but they may vary depending on your country’s rules and regulations.

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders quickly so they can be shipped as soon as possible.

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, we may not be able to change the address, edit the order, or cancel the shipment.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will do our best to help if an issue occurs during delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement when applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Qudcbecg is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

Check around your mailbox, porch, front door, building reception, or delivery area.

Ask household members, neighbors, or property staff if they accepted the package.

Contact the shipping carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the local delivery provider, to file a claim or request more delivery details.

We can provide tracking information to help with your carrier claim. However, we are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Qudcbecg is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
